I led a multi-disciplinary team approaching the repositioning in the digital market challenge of this traditional brand from three perspectives: design, brand positioning and performance. Combining these perspectives and considering the established vision, we redefined the value proposition as well as redesigned the website, their main digital channel.

Exploring the relationship between technology & art

Fjord teamed up with Fundación Telefónica and Accenture Digital to create an international exhibition using technology as an enabler to explore, experiment and consume art. I led a cross-functional team that created a visitor centred, simultaneous and experiential art exhibition that was live in more than five locations.

Breaking employees stereotypes

One of the largest consumer goods companies around the world, wanted to unified and improve their employee experience. I led this project, conducting qualitative research in four countries across different layers of the organisation to understand employees realities and uncover opportunities. The collaborative approach aligned different parts of the organisation and open spaces for unheard voices to take part in the process. The vision and some initiatives from this project have been implemented.

Guiding customers through a difficult necessary process

The project started with an assessment of the mobile app of a global tax refund company, which resulted in rethinking the whole organisation’s customer experience strategy. During the length of the project, I worked in different streams of work (service design, digital product strategy, customer research and iOS App redesign). The new app was launched in 2015, subsequent updates were released according to the planned product roadmap.
